Bambang Suratno

Bambang Suratno is a seasoned academic and researcher with extensive experience in higher education and research in the field of industrial engineering. Currently a lecturer and researcher at Universitas Islam Indonesia since February 2014, Bambang focuses on Enterprise Resource Planning. Previously, as a teaching assistant at IT Telkom from October 2011 to January 2014, responsibilities included teaching courses such as Human Resources Management and conducting research on ERP and Knowledge Management. Prior to this role, Bambang served as the R&D Division Head at Rumah Zakat Indonesia from April 2008 to August 2011, where system management and market research for community empowerment institutions were key responsibilities. Bambang holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Institut Teknologi Bandung, and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Telkom University.
