Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business management and nutrition. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Alongside these roles, Mariana worked as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and taught university courses on applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
