Fanny Margalef

Fanny Margalef is an experienced academic and professional in the fields of business management and human resources. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at Universitat Rovira i Virgili since September 2022 and as Director of People at Salut Terres de l'Ebre since October 2021, Fanny has a strong background in human resource management, having previously held the role of Head of Human Resources at Xarxa Sanitària i Social Santa Tecla until December 2021 and worked as a Collaborating Professor at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya from October 2019 to June 2022. Fanny's educational credentials include a Research Doctorate in Business Management from Universitat Rovira i Virgili, a Postgraduate in Quality and Safety Methodology in Health Care from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, as well as several other degrees in business administration and labor relations from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and URV.
