Estabrek Bchiri

Estabrek Bchiri is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in business law and academic roles. Currently serving as a Business Lawyer at A&E arbitrage since January 2024, Estabrek is also a Representative and Technical Secretary for SADC - ASCL (Société Africaine de Droit Communautaire) since 2022. In addition, Estabrek holds a position as a Juriste-expert at pétrole et énergie consulting since November 2017. With a strong academic background, Estabrek has been an enseignant chercheuse at Université libre de Tunis and has contributed as a Scientific Researcher and enseignant universitaire at Université de Carthage, Groupe Université Européenne de Tunis, and Université centrale tunisie since September 2020. Estabrek Bchiri has earned two Doctorat de droit degrees in Droit de l'énergie, de l'environnement et des ressources naturelles and Droit de l'investissement from Faculté des sciences juridiques and Université de Toulon, respectively.
