Juan Manuel Mora Rey

Juan Manuel Mora Rey is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in managing European projects, particularly in the domains of research, innovation, and knowledge dissemination, primarily utilizing H2020 funds at Université de La Réunion since 2015. Prior to this role, Juan Manuel led startup project management efforts in early 2015 and served as an Assistant Coordinator for European projects at CCI GERS from 2007 to 2014, with a focus on cross-border cooperation projects between France and Spain. Additionally, Juan Manuel has a background in project assistance for NGOs and has contributed to translation efforts for the Costa Rican Embassy in Belgium. Juan Manuel holds a Master's degree in Legal Strategies for International Development from Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès and a Baccalauréat L in Literature from Liceo Franco Costarricense.
