Vincent Courboulay

Vincent Courboulay is an experienced academic and professional in the fields of digital responsibility and sustainable development. Currently serving as an administrator at Institut du Numérique Responsable since February 2025 and a scientific committee member at CESP since September 2023, Vincent has held various roles in academia and professional organizations since 2004, including a lecturer position at University of La Rochelle and multiple positions related to sustainable digital development. Notable contributions include serving as an expert for the ecological transformation committee at Paris 2024, focusing on climate and environmental strategies for the Olympic and Paralympic Games, and previously holding positions such as director of the Master’s program in Engineering and administrator for Prom'Haies. Vincent Courboulay also has a degree in Computer Science from ESPEO, completed between 1996 and 1999.
