Cliff Pavlovic

Cliff Pavlovic, PhD, currently serves as the Senior Technology Transfer Officer at Université de Montréal since November 2019, where responsibilities include advising research and teaching staff in the technology transfer process from invention declaration to commercialization. Previous roles encompass Technology Transfer Officer at Université de Montréal, Co-Founder and Intellectual Property Strategy & Valuation Expert at Kalotem, and Technology Transfer Advisor at Concordia University. Additional experience includes founding BioTech Annecto, working as a Technology Transfer Policy Consultant at the Embassy of Canada to Belgium and Luxembourg, and serving as an Intellectual Property Rights Officer at KU Leuven. Academic credentials include a PhD in Experimental Medicine, an MSc in Microbiology and Immunology, and a BSc in Microbiology from McGill University.
