Eduardo Monteiro

Eduardo Monteiro is an accomplished academic and researcher currently serving as an Assistant au soutien logistique at UQAM's Service des relations internationales and as a Country Expert at the V-Dem Institute. With a diverse background in political science and international relations, Eduardo holds a PhD from UQAM and has held various roles, including Faculty Lecturer and Graduate Research Fellow at Université de Montréal, where involvement in the research team on Inclusion and Governance in Latin America (ÉRIGAL) has been notable. Additional experience includes research assistance at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and contributions to the Oxford Covid-19 Government Response Tracker project. Eduardo's commitment to education is evident in roles as a mentoring program coordinator and educational mentor, alongside a solid academic foundation including a Master’s in International Relations from UERJ.
