Karine Rolland

Karine Rolland is an experienced professional in the field of nursing education and simulation. Currently serving as a Conseillère de formation at the Université de Montréal since June 2013, Karine Rolland oversees innovative projects and develops pedagogical content focused on simulation and professional development. In addition, Karine Rolland holds the position of Directrice scientifique and clinical case author at Pearson ERPI, contributing to educational materials in perinatality. Previous roles include consulting on educational manuals and teaching at the university level, alongside clinical experience as a nurse at the Centre hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal. Karine Rolland is pursuing further education in artificial intelligence and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, building on a strong academic foundation with a Master’s degree in Nursing Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science from the Université de Montréal.
