Elodie Descharmes

Elodie Descharmes has extensive experience in project management and agile coaching, currently serving as Responsable de programme at Orange since 2003. Elodie also works as a team coach, agile coach, and scrummaster while managing projects and products. Since May 2018, Elodie has been a team coach, trainer, and speaker at Hellody Consulting and co-founded Lannuon Academy in January 2024, focusing on professional training. In addition, Elodie teaches project management and agility as a lecturer at Université de Rennes 1 since 2012, previously holding a teaching and industrial relations position at ENSSAT from 2010 to 2011, and has a background as a web developer at Thalès Informatique. Elodie holds an engineering degree in computer science from the National School of Applied Science and Technology, completed in 2002.
