Professeure Titulaire/directrice Centre D'expertise En Gestion De La Santé Et De La Sécurité Du Trav at Université Laval

Caroline Biron has been a prominent figure in health and safety management at Université Laval since June 2020, where Caroline serves as Professeure titulaire and Directrice of the Centre d'expertise en gestion de la santé et de la sécurité du travail. Previously, from January 2011 to June 2020, Caroline held the position of Professeure adjointe at the same institution. Her academic career began as a doctoral researcher at Lancaster University from 2006 to 2010, after which Caroline contributed as a researcher at the Chaire en gestion de la santé et de la sécurité du travail at Université Laval from June 2000 to June 2008, and as a research assistant at Centre jeunesse de Québec from June 1997 to August 1998. Caroline obtained a Ph.D. in Management from Lancaster University (2006-2010) and holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Université Laval (1998-2000).
