Eric Audet

Eric Audet, P. Eng., M. Sc. is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in operational management and safety. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Operations for Université Laval, Eric has held various leadership positions including Plant Manager and Production Manager at Saputo Inc., where responsibilities included operational training and health and safety oversight. Previous roles encompass engineering positions at Expertise CJF focusing on petroleum storage systems, and management roles in customer service and maintenance at Groupe Aktion Performance and PepsiCo. Eric's military background includes significant leadership in operations and human resource management while serving in the Canadian Forces and ISAF. Eric holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering, complemented by a strong foundation in natural sciences.
