Nathalie Cotard

Nathalie Cotard possesses over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and management coaching. Currently serving as a Chargée d'Enseignement at Université Laval since August 2010, Nathalie focuses on developing leaders and professionals through university courses and individual coaching. Prior roles include Directrice Formation and Directrice des Ressources Humaines at Groupe SEB, where Nathalie coordinated training policies and implemented HR strategies across multiple business units. Additional experience includes HR leadership positions at Colgate-Palmolive, La Redoute, and Groupe Brandt. Nathalie holds two MBAs in Management, one from Université Laval and another from Bowling Green State University.
