Benoit Averland

Benoit Averland has extensive experience in the field of medicine and health management. Currently serving as the Deputy Director for organ and tissue donation at AGENCE DE LA BIOMEDECINE since 2004, Benoit has held various leadership roles, including the Head of the Regulation and Support Service. Benoit's previous experience includes being Head of the Emergency Department at Hôpital de Douai from 1997 to 2004, and an Assistant at Centre Hospitalier Sambre Avesnois from 1993 to 1996. Additionally, Benoit has been a part-time lecturer at Université Paris Dauphine since October 2016 and holds an Executive MBA in Health Management from the same institution. Benoit Averland earned a Doctorate in Medicine from Université de Lille II between 1984 and 1992.
