Catherine Clouët Des Pesruches

Catherine Clouët des Pesruches is a seasoned executive coach, consultant, and leader with extensive experience in organizational transformation and change management. As the President and founder of Trianon Emerson since September 2014, Catherine has advised leaders and managers while designing and leading work sessions and seminars. Catherine also serves as the Audit Committee President and Board Member at Saint-Christophe Assurances since October 2021 and as an executive coach and consultant at soCietatis from January 2016. In addition, Catherine has been a part-time lecturer at Dauphine PSL since May 2015, focusing on work-study contract strategies. Previous roles include international executive coaching, senior private banking at AXA Wealth Management, and various leadership positions in HR and internal communications at AXA.
