Frederic Gonand

Frederic Gonand is a Professor of Economics and Consultant at the University Paris Dauphine-PSL, where responsibilities include directing Masters-MBA programs in Energy and Environment since February 2013. Prior to this role, Frederic served as a Commissioner at the French Energy Regulation Authority from February 2011 to February 2013, overseeing significant energy tariff decisions. Frederic's earlier experience includes serving as an Economic Advisor in the private office of the Minister of the Economy and Finance from May 2007 to February 2011, and as an Economist at the OECD from 2004 to 2007, focusing on pension reforms and public finance sustainability. Frederic began a career in economics at the Direction générale du Trésor from 2000 to 2004. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Economics from École Polytechnique, a Master's in Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, and a Master's in Political Sciences from Sciences Po, among others.
