Frédéric Le Serrec is the CEO and Founder of FLS Consulting since January 2018, specializing in enhancing operational performance in organizations through a focus on human factors. With extensive experience as a Senior Manager at Kurt Salmon, part of Accenture Strategy, and Atos Consulting, Frédéric has a proven track record in leading strategic transformation programs and understanding the alignment of culture in successful initiatives. Currently serving as a guest speaker at Dauphine University, Frédéric shares insights on cultural transformation for management and digital transformation students. Frédéric's career began with foundational roles in change management at Plaut Consulting and Unilog Management, which emphasized the importance of human perception in overcoming resistance to change. Frédéric holds a Master's degree in Work Psychology from Université de Rouen and furthered education in work psychology and personal development.
