Hervé Zécler

Hervé ZÉCLER has extensive experience in accounting and financial management within various public and academic institutions. Currently serving as an Agent comptable at Paris-Dauphine since July 2023, ZÉCLER has also held significant roles at the Agence du numérique en santé and L'Agence De l'Outre-mer pour la Mobilité, where responsibilities included management and budget oversight. Previous positions at the Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales, the Ministère de l'Europe et des Affaires étrangères, and the Ministère des Armées involved management tasks and accounting reconciliations. ZÉCLER began a career in the Direction générale des Finances publiques, managing substantial accounting adjustments. Educational qualifications include a Master 2 in Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and a License followed by a Master 1 in Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
