Manon Gioan currently serves as Responsable Conseil dédiée aux participations at Bpifrance Investissement Région Sud, where responsibilities include operational support for SME and ETI leaders, conducting comprehensive diagnostics, and managing strategic project follow-ups. Additionally, Manon has held the role of Responsable Conseil at Bpifrance, focusing on operational performance, growth strategies, and organizational development nationwide. Manon also contributes to academic growth as a Professor in Master on the Industry of the Future at Paris-Dauphine. Prior experiences include senior consulting roles at STEP Consulting and Kepler, providing expertise in various industries such as luxury, energy, and biotechnology. Manon holds degrees in Management Industriel from Centrale Méditerranée and Master International in Industrial Management from IMIM POLIMI and is currently pursuing an accreditation in Governance from Institut Français des Administrateurs.
