Esat Kelmendi

Esat Kelmendi has extensive work experience at the University of Prishtina, starting from 2006. Esat held various roles at the university including Head of Student Service in Faculty of Architecture, Director of Legal Department, General Secretary, and Deputy of General Secretary. In addition, they served as a member of the Executive Council of the AKM & AKP Program at the University of Prishtina from 2013 to 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Secretary of the Board of the University of Prishtina from 2005 to 2006.

Esat Kelmendi pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration from Ömer Halisdemir University-Niğde Turkey from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, they completed another Master's degree in Konstitutional & Administrative from Universiteti i Prishtinës "Hasan Prishtina" in 2004. No specific end year was provided for this degree.
