Khor Yong Hao

Khor Yong Hao is currently serving as the Treasurer for IChemE UTM SC since January 2025 and is an undergraduate student at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering. Additionally, Khor has held various leadership roles, including Program Director and Treasurer & Historian of the Firedrill Programme at Kolej Tun Hussein Onn, overseeing activities for 205 students. As Head of Activity for the 'Klinik Badminton' within the Service Learning Program, Khor planned and executed events to foster social relationships with the Indigenous community. Khor's experience also includes being an Activity Unit Executive for the Merbauan Carnival 2023, alongside serving on the External Affairs Executive Committee for IEM-UTM SS, contributing to initiatives such as A Date With Engineers 2023. Prior internship experience includes a position as a Chemical Engineering Intern at IOI Pan-Century Oleochemicals from July to October 2025. Educational background includes a Malaysian Higher School Certificate and Malaysian Certificate of Education from SMJK Hua Lian.
