Tessa Bigelow

Tessa Bigelow, PA-C, is a dedicated physician assistant with diverse experience in various medical settings. Currently serving as a Physician Assistant at the University at Buffalo Neurosurgery since April 2023, Tessa provides support to Dr. Rosalind Lai. Previous roles include working as an Urgent Care Physician Assistant at WellNow Urgent Care from April 2021 to March 2023 and as an Emergency Medicine PA at Kenmore Mercy Hospital through TeamHealth from July 2016 to March 2021. Tessa's foundational clinical experiences were gained through rotations in family medicine, OB/GYN, orthopedic surgery, plastic and cosmetic surgery, internal medicine, and pediatrics during PA studies. Tessa completed a BS/MS in Health Sciences/Physician Assistant Studies from Daemen University from 2011 to 2016.
