Currently serving as the Lead Patient Financial Navigator at University Cancer & Blood Center since October 2019, Susan ensures patients understand their insurance coverage and secures financial assistance from various resources to alleviate out-of-pocket expenses. Prior to this role, Susan held the position of Lead Benefits/Financial Counselor at the Center for Cancer Care of GMC/SHOA from February 2012 to August 2019, further developing expertise in navigating financial challenges faced by patients.
