Matthew Sy

Matthew Sy currently serves as an Operations Assistant at University City Housing since December 2023. As the Founder of Anchorpoint since September 2021, Matthew is in the process of developing a mobile real estate app. Previous experiences include a Leasing Internship at ShopCore Properties, a Floating Leasing Professional role at Morgan Properties, coaching at Foundation Lacrosse, and a Summer Internship at Philly Startup Sprint. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Economics from Ursinus College, completed in 2023, and graduated with a High School Diploma from Lower Merion High School in 2019.
