Felicia Jones is an experienced professional in youth program management and workforce development. Currently serving as Associate Manager for FirstHand and STEM Workforce Partnerships at the University City Science Center since July 2021, Felicia previously held roles at the Philadelphia Job Corps Center, where responsibilities included Career Transition Readiness Specialist and Career Guidance Counselor. Prior experience includes serving as Program Coordinator at Episcopal Community Services, focusing on Out of School Time initiatives, and as Teen Program Director and Site Director at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Philadelphia, where Felicia implemented core programming for teens and managed site operations. Felicia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University, earned between 2012 and 2014.
