Melinda Iuliano, RPA, LEED Green Associate, has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Property Manager at the University City Science Center since April 2014, overseeing a medical use LEED Gold building. Prior roles include General Manager at Brandywine Realty Trust, where responsibilities included managing a large multi-tenant Class A office building, and Senior Property Manager at the same company, where Melinda managed a portfolio of ten buildings totaling approximately one million square feet. Earlier experience includes managing a suburban portfolio at GMH Management, Inc. and overseeing Class A office properties for Prudential Insurance at Premisys Real Estate Services, Inc. Melinda's educational background includes studies at Montgomery County Community College and Bishop Kenrick.
