Said Alzebda

Said Alzebda serves as the President and Project Manager at the University College of Applied Sciences in Gaza, Palestine, since February 2003, where responsibility includes managing a capacity building program for youth focused on outsourcing and freelancing. Simultaneously, Said holds the position of Director and Project Manager at the UCAS Technology Incubator, overseeing youth empowerment initiatives related to curriculum development and employment in the freelancing sector. Additional roles include Head of the Employment & Entrepreneurship Committee for the Local Employment & TVET Council, Technical Committee Member for the Skilled Young Palestine Program with Enabel, and Technical Consultant with ACTED. Said's academic qualifications include a PhD and a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Nottingham, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from iugaza.
