Emma Hagen

Emma Hagen is a Program Specialist II at UCAR - The University Corporation for Atmospheric Research, specializing in program coordination, public outreach, communications, project management, and data analysis since January 2022. Emma has served on the AMS Early Career Leadership Academy Planning Committee and participated as an Anniversary Fellow for the National Girls Collaborative, focusing on gender equity in STEM education. Prior roles include Program Specialist for The GLOBE Program, where Emma managed a variety of logistical and educational tasks, and Administrative Assistant at UCAR, supporting multiple initiatives. Emma's early experiences include leadership as Vice President of the Herd Student Alumni Association and as a Board Member for the Center for Student Involvement at CU Boulder, complemented by a background in customer service. Emma holds a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Colorado Boulder.
