Rong-Shyang Sheu

Rong-Shyang Sheu is a Senior Software Engineer at UCAR - The University Corporation for Atmospheric Research and has been serving as the Deputy Director of the National Security Applications Program within the Research Applications Laboratory at NCAR since April 2017.
