Kristin Guild is the Interim Director of the Department of Planning and Economic Development for the City of St. Paul. She has a Masters Degree in Regional Planning (City and Regional Planning) from Cornell University, and has worked with the cities of St. Paul, Minneapolis, and New York. Kristin joined the UEL board of directors at the end of 2019.
