Blake Gardner

Blake Gardner has a diverse work experience in various roles within the sports industry. In 2015, they started as an intern at GoDaddy Bowl Radio Network and Birmingham Hammers. Blake also worked as a Color Analyst at Jacobs Media Services LLC and as a Studio Host/Radio Producer at Samford Sports Properties. In 2016, they interned at The Daniel Summit, where they created social media channels, assisted with conference logistics, and transcribed conference call notes. From 2016 to 2018, Blake served as the "Voice of the Bulldogs" at Samford University. In 2018, they became a Play-by-Play Announcer for Samford University and joined Birmingham Legion FC in the same role in 2019. From 2016 to 2022, Blake worked at University Fancards, starting as a Marketing Intern and progressing to Sales & Digital Media Manager, Marketing Analyst, Director of Partnerships, and finally Vice President. Currently, they are a Play-by-Play Announcer at Birmingham Squadron.

Blake Gardner received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Sports Marketing from Samford University, where they attended from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Shades Mountain Christian School from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Blake has obtained several certifications from HubSpot Academy, including Inbound Certification, Inbound Marketing Certification, Social Media Marketing Certification, and Hubspot Marketing Software Certification, all of which were obtained in June 2020.
