Previous roles include Business Development Specialist II and Financial Center Manager, demonstrating a strong capability in driving operations and enhancing customer engagement. Lima's earlier career includes positions as Financial Service Representative II at UFCU and Relationship Banker at Capital One Bank, along with experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer and Business Analyst. Lima holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as additional degrees from the University of Dhaka and Holy Cross College.
