Hannah Peterson

Hannah Peterson, PharmD, currently serves as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at University Health since July 2023, having previously completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Methodist University Hospital from June 2022 to July 2023. Prior to this, Hannah gained valuable experience as a Pharmacy Intern at Kroger from July 2019 to April 2022 and at Monroe Carell Jr. Vanderbilt Children's Hospital from May 2020 to March 2022. Hannah participated in the prestigious Vanderbilt Program of Interprofessional Learning while serving as an Interprofessional Education Student at Vanderbilt University Medical Center from August 2018 to May 2020. Hannah holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Lipscomb University (2018 - 2022) and an Associate of Science degree in Pre-Pharmacy Studies from Sauk Valley Community College (2016 - 2018).
