Jessica Gavia

Jessica Gavia, MPA, CPXP, serves as the Executive Director of Patient Relations at University Health since September 2013. Prior to this role, Jessica was a Senior Project Coordinator at University Health System from January 2009 to September 2013 and held dual roles as Contract Coordinator and Senior Management Analyst at the City of San Antonio from May 2006 to December 2008. Academically, Jessica holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies with a concentration in Public Policy, both earned from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
