Erin Gorrell

Erin Gorrell, PhD, currently serves as a Clinical Research Regulatory Project Manager and previously as a Clinical Research Regulatory Specialist at University Hospitals since December 2020, where responsibilities include coordinating regulatory operations for clinical research studies and completing necessary documentation for FDA and IRB compliance. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Kent State University from August 2015 to December 2020, teaching undergraduate courses in biology and vertebrate anatomy, as well as positions as a Laboratory Technician at Nationwide Children's Hospital and intern roles at the National Center for Water Quality Research and Ohio State University Agricultural Technical Institute. Erin Gorrell earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Heidelberg University.
