Holly Ma is an accomplished nursing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple healthcare organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Nursing Professional Development, Practice, and Research at University Hospitals since July 2019, Holly has previously held positions such as Director of Clinical Professional Development and Education at Indiana University Health and Director of Nursing Professional Development and Education at IU Health Methodist and University Hospitals. Holly's early career includes pivotal roles at Clarian Health Partners, AIDServe Indiana, and Community Hospital East, focusing on nursing education, patient care, and public health initiatives. Holly possesses a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Case Western Reserve University, an MS in Adult Education from Indiana University Indianapolis, and a BSN from the University of Indianapolis, alongside multiple certifications including ACLS, PALS, and BLS.
