Jason Eubanks

Jason Eubanks serves as the Chief of Spine Surgery at University Hospitals Ahuja Medical Center and holds the position of Associate Professor at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU). Eubanks has been involved in the medical field since September 2009, also serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopaedics. Prior to this, Eubanks completed fellowship training in Orthopedics at UPMC from August 2008 to August 2009. Eubanks earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine from 1999 to 2003 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature from John Carroll University from 1995 to 1999.
