Leslie Kerr

Leslie Kerr is a seasoned professional with significant experience in grant management and research administration. Currently serving as a Pre-Award Grant Manager at University Hospitals since November 2017, Leslie provides support and analysis for the Academic and Research Mission, prepares budgets for grant proposals, and maintains relationships with funding sponsors. Prior to this role, Leslie served as Manager of Sponsored Programs at OhioHealth Research & Innovation Institute, where responsibilities included proposal development, financial management of awards, and increasing grant funding substantially within a year. Earlier positions also included roles at Nationwide Children's Hospital and Health Care Logistics, focusing on research administration and medical supply sales. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion and Retail Studies from The Ohio State University and a Master’s in Health Care Administration from Ohio University.
