Vanessa Lee

Vanessa Lee, MBA, MSSA, currently serves as an Organizational Development and Learning Professional at University Hospitals since September 2023. Previously, Vanessa held the position of Training Manager at RelateCare | Communicating Better Health from October 2020 to September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Waiver Services at New Avenues to Independence, Inc. and as a Training Specialist at Cuyahoga Community College. Additionally, Vanessa worked as the Organizational Learning Manager at Koinonia Homes, Inc., and held various roles at Catholic Charities Community Services, including Director of Employment and Training and Program Director. Vanessa's educational background includes an MBA from Ashland University, a Master of Social Science Administration from Case Western Reserve University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Public Administration from Ohio University.
