Sandeep Patel Do

Sandeep Patel DO is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in gastroenterology and endoscopy, currently serving as an Associate Professor of Medicine, Pediatrics, Transplant, and Gastroenterology at UT Health San Antonio since September 2005. In addition, Sandeep Patel holds the positions of Chief of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and Medical Director of the GI Lab at University Health System and has been a Staff Physician at multiple institutions, including CHRISTUS Health and University Medical Center of El Paso. Sandeep Patel also contributes to academia as an Adjunct Associate Professor of Biomedical Engineering at The University of Texas at San Antonio and in Internal Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso. With a Doctor of Osteopathy degree from Kansas City University and multiple fellowships and residencies completed in gastroenterology and interventional endoscopy, Sandeep Patel has established a strong foundation in the field of medicine.
