Kyle Carson is a seasoned professional in the performing arts sector with extensive experience in audience services and box office management. Currently serving as a Senior Patron Services Associate at the University Musical Society, Kyle co-manages the student ticket office and oversees a large team of student staff. Previous roles include Audience Services Associate at Steppenwolf Theatre Company and House Manager at the Chicago Humanities Festival, where Kyle provided exceptional customer service and support to both patrons and colleagues. Kyle has also held various positions in other notable theatres, such as the Goodman Theatre and the Williamstown Theatre Festival, enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring memorable audience experiences.
