Brandon Szink

Brandon Szink is an accomplished baseball coach and operations director with extensive experience in player development and coaching at various educational and professional levels. Currently serving as the Assistant Baseball Coach at the University of Alabama at Birmingham since September 2025, Brandon has previously held similar coaching roles at Ohio Wesleyan University and St. Petersburg College. With a strong background in operations, Brandon managed baseball programs at Bo Jackson's Elite Sports in Columbus, overseeing player development and operations from 2016 to 2025. Additional experience includes an internship with the Tampa Bay Rays, where Brandon coordinated video operations, and various positions at ACE Baseball and DICK'S Sporting Goods, contributing to player and coach development as well as business strategy. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management from Notre Dame College and has a foundational background in Sports Administration from the University of Cincinnati.
