Ken Howard

Ken Howard is an experienced HVAC professional with a robust background in chiller repair and maintenance. Currently serving as a Central Utilities Centrifugal Chiller Repairer at The University of Alabama at Birmingham since January 2011, Ken manages chillers ranging from 2000 to 4000 tons, performing preventative maintenance, electrical work, leak checking, and part replacements. Prior to this role, Ken worked as an HVAC Technician for IAP Worldwide Services, where installation and repair of environmental control systems were key responsibilities, and as an HVAC Service Technician at NORESCO, servicing HVAC systems in multiple Baltimore city schools. Ken holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration from Bessemer Technical College, among other educational qualifications.
