Mattie Logan

Mattie Logan, MS, MPH, is a Program Manager II in Health Communications at the University of Alabama at Birmingham since August 2019, where responsibilities include managing programs and overseeing the Alabama Maternal Health Task Force. Logan has also served as a Teaching Assistant in the School of Public Health for various undergraduate and graduate courses. Prior experience includes roles as an Adolescent Residential Care Worker at the Presbyterian Home for Children and a Desk Assistant in Student Housing & Residence Life at UAB. Additionally, Logan has contributed as a Summer Camp Counselor at the Boys & Girls Club of East Central Alabama and completed an internship at the Pediatric Care Center of Northeast. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Health Informatics and a Master of Public Health in Health Education and Promotion, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Public Health and an Associate's degree in Office Administration.
