Harry Banks

Harry Banks serves as an Instructor of Information Technology at Mat-Su College since August 2008 and as an Instructor for Cisco Networking Academy since June 2009. Additionally, Harry is a Fine Art Nature Photographer with a business, alaskabybanks.com, operational since August 1965, specializing in landscape photography showcased in the Mat-Su College gallery. Harry briefly held the role of Department Chair for Computer Systems and Network Technology at the University of Alaska Anchorage from June 2020 to June 2021, overseeing the merger of related programs between Mat-Su College and UAA. Prior experience includes a Programmer/Analyst position at Matanuska-Susitna Borough from September 1991 to August 2008, and serving as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Alaska Anchorage from August 1990 to July 2008.
