Amir Vahedifar

Amir Vahedifar currently serves as the Laboratory Operations Manager and is a Doctoral Student at the University of Alberta, where Amir also teaches and coordinates academic activities. Notably, Amir played a key role as Conference Coordinator for the 3rd International Symposium on Bioactive Peptides in September 2023. Previous experience includes positions as R&D Expert at Razavi Dairy Co., Academic Advisor at Parseh, and involvement in various student leadership roles at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. Amir's educational background includes a PhD in Food Chemistry from the University of Alberta, an M.Sc. in Food Chemistry from the University of Tehran, and a B.A.Sc. in Food Technology and Processing from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.
