Ernie Ingles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in library and information studies. Currently, Ernie Ingles leads Ernie Ingles Consulting since July 2013. Prior to this, Ernie Ingles held a prominent position at the University of Alberta, serving as Vice Provost and Director of the School of Library and Information Studies, and as Chief Librarian, contributing to the institution until retirement and earning the title of Librarian Emeritus. Ernie Ingles holds a Master of Library Science from The University of British Columbia and possesses both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in History from the University of Alberta and the University of Calgary.
