Melissa McKay-Hatter

Melissa McKay-Hatter, CPA, CGA, CPM, currently serves as the Manager of Treasury Services at Strathcona County, overseeing various financial functions including Accounts Payable and Receivable, Cash Management, and Debt Management. At the University of Alberta, Melissa has progressed from Senior Agreements Advisor to Associate Director, Agreements and Processing, managing compliance and reporting for a significant volume of philanthropic transactions. Prior experience includes serving as Office Manager/Accountant at PTMAA, where full cycle accounting was performed, and as Technology Program Coordinator at Telus Corporation, facilitating the upgrade of cell tower infrastructure. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce in Accounting from Athabasca University, along with multiple certifications in project leadership and management.
