Marcela Fernandez Losada

Marcela Fernandez Losada has extensive experience in labor relations and human resources, currently serving as Jefa Unidad de Relaciones Laborales at Autoridad Portuaria de Alicante since September 2019 and as Presidenta of Aepa since November 2019. Since September 2006, Marcela has also been a Profesora de Derecho del Trabajo at Universidad Alicante, teaching and participating in related seminars. Additionally, Marcela has held the position of Secretaria General at Fundacion Manuel Pelaez Castillo CV since October 2004 and has a notable history in human resources management, having worked as Coordinadora Recursos Humanos at Ayuntamiento de Orihuela from November 2015 to June 2019 and as Coordinadora Gral RRHH at Ayuntamiento de Elche from February 2012 to July 2015. Previously, Marcela worked as Abogada and Director of the Legal Department at Confederación Empresarial de la Provincia de Alicante (COEPA) for 25 years, where Marcela gained significant expertise in labor mediation and collective bargaining. Marcela holds a Licenciatura en Derecho from Universitat d'Alacant and a Master en Liderazgo Publico from Fundesem Business School.
