Sonya Premeaux

Sonya Premeaux currently serves as the Associate Dean of the College of Business, Health, and Human Services at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock since July 2011. Prior to this role, Sonya worked as the Associate Dean of the College of Business at Nicholls State University from August 2003 to July 2011 and held the position of Assistant Professor of Management at both Arkansas State University and McNeese State University from August 2001 to July 2003 and January 1989 to May 2001, respectively. Sonya earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from Louisiana State University, along with an MBA and a B.S. in Management from McNeese State University. Additionally, Sonya participated in Leadership Greater Little Rock from 2012 to 2013.
